Welcome to our module on Understanding Motivation and Rewards in the Workplace. Here we will unpack how to tap into people's intrinsic and extrinsic motivations in order for you to serve your team in an effort to help them perform and progress at the highest level.
We'll look at key psycological elements that underpin why people are incentivised by certain things, the various options for ow you can create a range of motivating elements for your team, and key metrics to ensure you do this effectively.
By the end of this session, you’ll know how to identify what the most effective approach is for your team and building an incentives mechanism on your platform.
